A longer window filters out short-term water swings for a steadier TDEE, but lags real changes; a shorter one reacts faster but is noisier.

Starting estimate (optional)

While you have too little data for a real estimate, TrendCut can show a generic day-1 estimate from a standard population formula (Mifflin–St Jeor). It is clearly marked as not from your data, carries a wide range, and disappears the moment your real estimate is ready. Filling all four fields turns it on; leave them blank to skip it.

Your activity level is the roughest part of this estimate — it's a broad guess and the biggest source of error, which is why the range is wide.

Downloads all logged entries (date, weight, calories). Settings are not included. Keep a copy somewhere safe — this is your backup.

Import from CSV

A flat CSV with a date and a weight column (calories optional). Common header names and date formats from other apps are recognised; lb values convert to kg. MyFitnessPal's multi-file zip is not supported.
